Solo and Group Dog Walks, Adventure Days, and Pet Drop-Ins:
Cancellations made within the specified notice period will not incur any charges.
Late cancellations may result in a fee.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancelled services are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations made within the notice period: Full refund.
Late cancellations: Refund amount will be determined based on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
Emergency Situations:
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Repeated Cancellations:
Excessive or repeated cancellations may result in a review of service eligibility.
Inclement Weather:
In the event of severe weather conditions, Woof-Wise Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services for the safety of pets and staff. Clients will be notified promptly.

Cancellations should be communicated via phone call and email to ensure that we have chance to receive it in time.
Refunds Processing:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
